Hello actifit friends :) it was a great day yesterday. I’ve tried to stay active and spent time outdoors. I had a stroll in St Austell area, which is one of my favourite destinations in Cornwall. In the afternoon I went back home and did some house work. I couldn’t get another walk later, but it was showering anyway.
