From where I'm from, hearing and witnessing the use of black magic is a normal phenomenon. In fact if one is so unlucky, one can be the victim of black magic and be a public spectacle.

Black magic are used by occults and people with devilish intents. Some call it black magic, some call it voodoo, some call it juju etc. To different people there are different names it's called and it's mostly used for evil, whether to ruin somebody, to summon demonic spirits, to perform rituals etc. It is rarely used for good thing.

From where I'm from, it is almost part of the socialization process to be aware of the fact that there are other forces roaming the earth with humans and there are people who control and tap into their and use it for evil. If one is lucky enough one might witness such cases where black magic are being used on victims and if one is unlucky one might be the victim of black magic.

To be honest, I am aware of the existence of black magic. I've even seen few cases where black magic has been used but with regards to my faith as a christian, I do not believe in black magic but I believe that there are people who use it to torment and control the world but my faith resides only in God.
