I think most people stay in the 98% because they lack discipline & consistency. It requires a lot of willpower to stay consistent on anything you put your mind into. They rely only on motivation and obviously, it's not enough because it fluctuates. The path to the 2% is a very lonely road because only a few are really committed to taking it.
