I was in year two in the College when i started dating this lady, she is beautiful, smart and intelligent, I found myself deeply in love for the first time, all things been equal, I felt the feelings was mutual, but six months into the relationship, thing started falling apart, first it was our religious differences, second i was out of town, I later found my heart shattered into pieces, as my girl went off with another guy, I was so down, getting over her was almost impossible, for over two years, I was in that captivity of heart break. I discovered this few tips am about sharing with you that help me to get over her
1 I told myself that she is not worth the pain am going through, because while am in pain thinking about her, she is with someone else having a nice time. I told myself that I deserve better.
2. I changed my thinking, " if she is best for me she wouldn't have left" i need someone more deserving.
3. I erased the memories when had, delete whatever could be connecting you to that particular person, the pictures, the texts, the video. Anything around you that makes you remember the person should be taken into your past.
