Okay, I have no idea what's happening! I have been receiving transmission errors when I try to comment or upvote a post on hive. In addition, my computer started acting a little funky when it came to trying to enter Microsoft photos. This act is leading to a black screen. Therefore, I decide to do what most people would do. I check online for quick fixes. So far, nothing is working. I would pay a service, as long as it's not one of those that bleed you dry, to do some diagnostics, but in today's day and age, who can you trust???? One company offered to help me out for a trial fee of $1, but can I trust them with my credit card number? And even if I did, how do I know that they can repair my issue.
Reading on line, I found out that the black screen is a nemesis of many a person when working with a Microsoft program. I tried uninstalling a recent update, but when you restart the program, the update comes right back on. I'm just going to try and figure this mess out and hopefully the hive errors will stop also.
