In a preview as to what's coming up in the Marvel Comics' Universe, Free Comic Book Day featured a One-Shot entitled "Judgement Day." Finally, the world will witness the Avengers vs. the X-Men vs. the Eternals in July. A nice array of talent combine on this theme, as Kieron Gillen (writer), Danny Lore (writer), Gerry Duggan (writer), Matteo Lolli (artist), Rain Beredo (color artist), Dustin Weaver (artist), Marte Gracia (color artist), Karen S. Darboe (artist) and Ian Herring (color artist) contribute to three short stories. As this issue establishes, everything is a prologue to what's next. "Bloodline" is continued in "Bloodline: Daughter Of Blade," which is expected to be seen in comic book stores this fall. "Let's Talk About Krakoa" is expected to be continued in the pages of "The Hellfire Gala" and "Destiny Of X." Things have been complicated between these three groups of heroes for a very long time. Mutants have been feared for a very long time, as well. This is why they feel safe on Krakoa. With the Mutants not having to fear death, they pose a bigger threat for those that hate them.
When Eturnal goes after Jayden after a Game Tournament, Eturnal (a vampire) wants his blood. Brielle intervenes to help her friend. What Eturnal fails to realize is that Brielle is the daughter of Blade and not just your ordinary gamer. It is situations like this that make it very hard for Safron to keep Brielle safe.
Meanwhile, Mary Jane Watson is singing the praises of the Krakoa Pharmaceutical Company due to the fact that a miracle drug has helped her aunt, Anna Watson. This makes the Mutants hated even more because of their advancements within the medical field. It really is just egos vs. egos vs. egos!
