Even those with very strict controls over certain resources (see Venezuela for ex) can also run out, degrade quality of products in the market, exploit etc. 👍one would hope that those activities would be engaged in in a mindful manner by the individual... but alas.. for many that simply isn't a priority ¯_(ツ)_/¯😞
