same here : the dutchies have had it semi-legal since the 60s or something and the country still doesnt look like mad max beyond thunderdome. On top of that the turnover is way over the billion(s? by now) ... which means tax-paying coffeeshop owners chip in instead of doing it off the books anyway (cant beat supply and demand after all as natures laws go over paper laws always) ...
But here in the hinterland ?

make a move, open up BXL as the weed-capital of Europe , DE-criminalize a LOT of people, make the business legit, get a wad of extra tax, keep an eye on the quality AND best of all
