Yea, Switzerland sure is, the swiss exchange started their own crypto-exchange last year i think , a few years ago they wanted an actual basic income
(like sbi tried to when steem was STEEM) for the whole country, netting every single citizen about €3200 (monthly ...)
that's how rich they are , they're not really part of the E.U. either and they don't keep the EURO for a currency , they're probably the last truly independent country on earth
i went there once too, in better days, i seriously couldnt afford that right now but

(the basic income proposal didnt pass btw, not because they couldnt afford to, but for the classic reasons like ... "people will stop working" and all that which has been proven, PROVEN in several experiments not to be true)

in essence and short b/c steemit is costing me too much time for what it returns (i never been a facebook or twitter guy either ... ) all projects where basic income has been treated as such (unlike for instance finland where it was simply an altered version of wellfare, Basic Income means EVERY citizen, not just the unemployed or needy) has shown only that people would be prone to working part-time or 4/5 but not quit the job, which IN EFFECT opens up space for others in a market where labour is a commodity of its own now lol)
