I booted and it told me
(video from Youtube, like ... obviously, and not mine, fyi)
don't hesitate, but if you do,
there will probably be 0day and 0week - bugs but afaik the linux community is pretty quick on the draw there and the more adoption the faster they show ... certain projects are of a magnitude where it becomes impossible to predict or find all beetles up front
(the last steemchain crash proved that, and THANK THE GODS they had the failsafe or someone would have had a wallet with a trillion steem in it = lol)
That went quite well for all but the communication in between i think
fyi , payment declined (= don't waste votes on null , let the whales do that)
i did on two pc's (i should say partitions) and it looks just fine, nothing mentionable at first sight (which is probably a good thing) ... im gonna do the server and if i were a believer i would pray (hahah lol etc...)
hm, well, read here :
https://www.linuxmint.com/rel_tricia_xfce_whatsnew.php
i personally would like to see openoffice removed by default but i assume thats different for most users, just like i would like to have kept Gimp (as i use it) and a few other things pre-packed (mostly CLI) - when i got on STEEMit first i started on a set of scripts with the intent to try and make a linux-distro labelled steemUX, but i quickly came to understand that the millionnaires club just wants to see people feed each other info on how steem will rise again, talk about crypto, scrape money and in general steemdevs is more like a stay-in-your-place-peasant channel :D
so ... that went nowhere :)
anyway ... there's plenty of good around
but plenty of bad
like ... how should i cal that ... like you would get in AFK-life ...
uh-huh .. so far , so good, i went all-out and upgraded php to 7.4 on the server , it looks okay but i think i'll better evaluate that over the course of 24-48 hours ...
well someone's gotta do it or else we be round the table for seven weeks discussing wether or not to remove the words "slave" and "master" from python b/c some people might take offense ...(?!? yea they actually did that, but im not the python guy ... which is a handicap here)
