A couple years ago I was fortunate to be able to travel to the small country of the United Arab Emirates. Most people have at least heard of this country or at least Dubai one of their largest cities. I was completely blown away at how intracate their architecture was and how no expense was spared while building their cities. With beautiful waterways coming from the sea into the cities such as Abu Dhabi and Dubia it was truely beautiful.
This is one of my favorite photos from my trip. Taken with my DSLR as the sun rose above the Abu Dhabi marina prior to a offshore fishing trip in the gulf. The vivid colors produced in the desert were incredible.
On the opposite end of the spectrum this is one of the best evening photos I have ever taken. This is the Berg Khalifa (tallest building in the world) in Dubai. This shot also taken with my DSLR was right after sunset on a beautiful clear night. This place should definitely be on any travelers bucket list for with so much to do and see from shopping to water parks, spas, and resorts or for the thrill seekers Ferrari world, sky diving, or Shark dives. With so much to do the UAE is definitely a desert oasis and on my list for places to return.
