As I already posted before in my blog I make HUGE BANK on this game and I fell in love with this project being the first of its kind to maybe help in its way to revolutionizing the play to earn sphere. At the moment of writing this guide, the break-even point is for an average player around 10 days !!!. In this guide, I will help you to set up everything if you never heard of the WAX blockchain from setting up a wallet to what to purchase in-game to get started to win your first match馃榿. Ready? let's dig in!

Worldwide Asset eXchange (WAX) is one of the top leading performers in the cryptocurrency market at the moment. It is a blockchain and protocol token specifically designed to make e-commerce transactions safer, easier and faster for all participants.
In more Easy terms WAX is an ecosystem of its own where you have to use a cryptocurrency to buy and sell NFTs (game assets) Its transactions are free but there is a catch! WAX is a Proof of stake verification method(like ETH 2.0) so instead of making you pay gas fees for every transaction on the blockchain, you will have to stake assets(with very little returns by the blockchain) to be able to make transactions(called CPU), or to make big size transactions(called NET) or to save assets on the blockchain(called RAM).
First off you will need to have an account on any big exchange to be able to make your first purchase of Wax. You can either buy Wax from your bank account on any of the major exchanges like Binance or Crypto.com or swap some of your existing Crypto. Because as soon as you're going to open your wallet you are going to need resources to be able to make transactions (buy Nfts, claim game rewards, etc)
Now we have our wax on our Exchange wallet and we are ready to finally get our Wax Cloud Wallet. so we go to the website click sign up and we get this:
We can either use any of the accounts above to create our wallet(which is the easy way) (1)
We can also create one with an email (2)
After you have created your login details to your new account you will be sent to a new page looking like this:
Here you will be asked to send 5 WAXP to your new wallet before it can be created. You will be asked to send the 5 WAXP to a specific account name 'new user. wam' and use a specific memo, which is different for each account made.
In your exchange, where you have obtained your WAXP, you will have to proceed to the tab/menu, where you can make a withdrawal.
Since many exchanges limits are higher than this, then the wax you send, which exceed the 5 wax amount will be transferred to the account of your wallet, which can be used by you.
Here you will see the option to input an account name and a memo as shown here
After you have sent the WAXP, the website will update in around a minute or less and you will be shown the main page of your new wax wallet. Be sure to wait a reasonable amount of time
Plus according to documentation it's possible that you might not have to stake any CPU at some point with these new accounts
Once the wallet is set up you have to transfer from exchange and stake resources to Use the Blockchain. The main menu should look a little like this:
Congratz you have you're First Wax wallet and you're finally ready to begin to Earn!
To be able to mine with B-otto and premine Tokens from the future levels you will need first to interact with players in the discord server to gain a level(talking with people give out XP). You will ALSO need at LEAST a base gun NFT.
You are now ready to premine $MARS tokens by using the command "!shoot" in the channel
For more help you will be able to write "!commands" in the same channel
The 3d game is what will permit you to win the Cryptoshots native token called $BOOM. It's the main part of the game and this part of the guide will be changed as the updates come in. So where do I start from there? Well you will need your very first NFTs.
A NFT is called a Non Fungible token it's an asset registered on the Unique blockchain. Usually, it takes the form of cards (baseball cards, football cards, etc) but they can be infused with a bit of code to make them useful to any game you play. What I like to compare them to is Magic Cards although a NFT is an electronic version they work very similarly. Crypto-Shots tokens gives you a extra gun, extra time, extra life, or extra reward, or a mix of them depending on item and rarities.
What you are looking for is the most time and the most ammo possible. You have 2 sets of timers one is guns the other is characters. To begin with, you need a BASE GUN, you will also need a BASE AMMMO and VANCE CHARACTER. Since the Base gun gives 10 min of weapon time and two of them stack I highly recommend beginning with 2 of them..
Now to mint or buy these NFTs you have 2 options either buy them from the Atomic hub secondary market or mint them on the crypto-shots marketplace. Now shopping is crucial since the prices of NFT will directly affect ROI time.
The simplest option is to buy from Atomic hub. You can use the provided link 鈽濓笍 and then search for the NFT listed above.
Please note that NFTs purchased from the secondary market have a 12h cooldown in-game except for freshly minted NFTs from packs.
Now this one takes a little more steps but since the prices only change once per week it's possible either they will be expensive or they will be great deals but usually, secondary market prices follow the in-game prices. To be able to buy in-game you will need to have $BOOM in your Wax wallet. The Big plus about this method is that you MINT nfts directly so NO COOLDOWN
You can buy boom on Alcor Exchange on Wax network.
Now that you have your boom you can finally go on the Crypto Shots website and select Browser 3D Game(mobile and VR game coming soon), once it's loaded and you're logged in it should send you directly to inventory and it should look like this:
Simply click the top button that contains the price in $BOOM and the NFT mint should be transferred directly to your cloud wallet.
Once you bought you're first 3 NFTs you will realize that there is not much you can do and you can only play 5 minutes. Its normal because every Nft gives you a certain amount of time to play and its the lowest time that is youre total time. You start with 0 on the timer and get more play time for each character you have.
So in total, you can play 5 minutes x 4 common pieces and 15 minutes x 3 rare pieces giving you a total playtime of 65 minutes (game version 0.3.5)
You then need weapons to play with and these have a max use time as well.
I would recommend a starter kit to beat easy and to get you playing 20 minutes per day is 4 Vance Tyrell, 2 base guns, 1 laser gun, 1 laser rifle.
If you can get your hands-on Cheap Energy cells you really need to get them because these NFTs will give you FREE ammo when you are in-game. if you run out of ammo you will need to spend you're hard-earned $BOOM to buy some more which will directly lower you're return.
One thing you guys will notice is that the epics NTFs have usally a lot of time and/or bonus for the price if you can afford it I would start by epics once the base kit is done. if you don't have the money to do it either Join a giveaway(i make 1 every day on discord) or play to win with your 20 min and begin to mint the token with your boom one by one. As long as you won't have to pay per session you have time to build your account by grinding.
The Game is Still in the ALPHA mode so Bugs are to be expected but mostly if you have a decent computer it should play well.
For flawless gameplay I would recommend:
The level changes every update so I would suggest checking out the announcement in Discord daily. Once you have a new version do your first session on easy to be able to get the FEEL of the new spawn points since at medium you don't have any radar to see where they are.
