His theory centers around the approval of a bitcoin ETF.
Regardless of the trigger, I believe cryptos, silver, and gold will soon escape the manipulated price fixing of the banks. When they can no longer hold the markets down, they will explode higher.
In 2017, we experienced a 10 X move higher. 2018 may be a stronger move.
