Cryptocurrencies have taken a hit. This is old news. People who sold high now have a choice of what to do with their gains. I doubt they put their money in the bank and hold dollars. Of all the risks available, holding fiat currencies is assured of future losses.
These 'winners' will spend part of the next few days thinking about their options. Of course, some will jump back into the very same cryptocurrency they just sold to ride the next wave higher. Others may prefer the stock or bond markets. Still others will choose an alternate blockchain asset.
Given this choice personally, I chose to adjust my holdings to a higher percentage of Steem. Floating just above $1.00, it has great potential. It is a proven blockchain with an existing growth record. I never considered any debt based digital assets.
