First the statistics are one thing and the truth is the other. I came to a 0% self vote but because of people like you, I had to defend my posts not to be 0.
Voting for other great bloggers or for a large number of small bloggers comes down to the same point, the exchange of votes.
As much as we support small users, this does not mean that Steem will grow, because we have a limit in support.
There is no negative campaign like now downvote that leads us to a positive end to end solution.
Social networking means that I choose the people I like, who I understand, and not vote random all in a row, then there is no need to write posts.
There are no successful bloggers who are not supported by the same group of people who have Steem Power. Give me a list and show me that percentage.

Interestingly, in this group, most give me the downvotes.
A lobby group that has a story but again supports their own people is punished by those who do not want to remain silent and who do not kiss the same people in their hands.

I support those people I like, including my wife with great posts and my son who impressed me with a few recent posts. Unfortunately, the rare one that rewards my son, who is 16, I don't see anyone coming back about creative kids and geniuses, you just look at profits. For me, Steem is a place to share ideas, meet people, make creative projects, promote beautiful places and events, etc.
Steem can only advance if we have a positive campaign if we include companies from which we can buy products and services. If we make Steem tokens that really have value then we can expand to millions and billions of new users.
Be consistent and not exclusive, be rational and creative because not everyone is your enemy. We all want the value of Steem to increase, I've changed a lot, but you still don't want to hear anyone, you just repeat the same story one after another from the same team of people. Do not shake people, be creative, as you will generate a lot of negative energy that will really devalue the entire Steem.
Create new voting rules and software, you can vote for yourself once a day, max 30% family, etc.
