Good to take care of the company, honestly I write now 4 - 5 posts a day and give it to 50% to others, that's fine for me. You don't care about the community, you only care about your interests and promotions.

P.S. I love poetry, you need to take more care to reward people who have a poetic soul. For days, I write nothing but poetry.
