Good to see that you got a hat, lol.
It looks really dry there already. Do they have dry/rainy season? In Oaxaca we have dry from Nov until May/June followed by rain. This year, much less rain but that's the regular pattern.
Glad to hear that you are making good progress on the project. A good number of people are leaving the US for Mexico and I think that trend is going to increase over time. That is until Trump's wall is completed and they lock everyone inside.
I am actually back in the US right now seeing my family and plan to pick up a few items that are pricier or unavailable in Mexico. I crossed the border at Ciudad Juarez over into El Paso Texas, walking the pedestrian bridge. It was very easy and no mention of anything Covid during that process. I may be doing a road trip with some mates down from the border so maybe a stop in Morelia would be in order. One of them is a mad grower so it would be interesting for you guys to share your methods.
We've been looking for larger parcels of land around the area where we're located outside of Huatulco in the mountains. As you said, only the serious people are interested in investing before you have land and papers.
RE: Checking out a mates 13 hectare Land they just got in Central Mexico!
