View, vote and create proposals via steemproposals.com

We made it. Thanks for @fabien service you can now easily create a new proposal on a Steem network using Steem Proposals portal. The process is very similar to how you would make voting via Steemconnect but here's a few details you should be aware of:

• Daily pay has a type of an asset, not decimal. So make sure to put in a number along with SBD, since all of the proposals are paid in SBD.
• Don't forget about 10 SBD fee when creating a proposal. I was trying to create a test one and then realized I don't have enough money in this basket lol.
• Proposal permlink is only a title of the link, not the whole url. For example, if you're using Steemit, the your permlink would be create-awesome-project, not https://steemit.com/@author/create-awesome-project. This is due to the fact that Steem blockchain has a lot of interfaces (Steampeak, Busy, Partiko, etc.) and permlink is what allows to display your post on each of them.

Here's how the proposal details should look like before you approve it. If you have an error similar to Oops, something went wrong. Here is the error message: "available >= -delta: Account dmitrydao does not have sufficient funds for balance adjustment. Required: {"amount":"-10000","precision":3,"nai":"@@000000013"}, Available: {"amount":"82","precision":3,"nai":"@@000000013"}", this means you don't have enough SBD to cover a proposal fee (10 SBD).
