Today I took a morning walk and listened to a slew of riddims that came in this week from 
I went on my way and enjoyed the fresh air and scenes of nature while mumbling melodies to the riddims that will run these streets in the months ahead. It’s these times when I’m at peace when flows just seem to pop up in my head.
I came up with a hook framework and then decided to record it when I went home so I could remember it. Then it manifested into a freestyle.
