I am alive and definitely not pushing myself to the limit, I learnt a lot in 2019 and this year as well. I was burnt out and trust me it ain't worth it. Nothing good gets done in that state. They say Caribbean people always late, but the reason being is we put or well being first, when we ready we ready　LOL
