I just want my money, Kraken!

It won't be worth much when you allow me to access MY OWN MONEY!

The saga continues, and my patience is running out! I decided to try an experiment over a month ago to see if I could get some cash from my STEEM. I wrote about it here, so I won't repeat myself!

After sending Kraken my documentation by email because I can't upload it to their page, I got an email response today saying that they can't read the print on my driver's license in the image with me holding it, because it is too blurry when blown up! The image I sent them was taken with the iPhone 8 Plus and I sent them the full size image! I can read everything in Photoshop CC 2018 at 100%, so this is beyond a joke! They have a detailed copy of my driver's license, so any fool could match up what I'm holding to the full size image anyway!

What do I do next? Shoot it at f32 with my full frame DSLR and send them the fullsize 120MB TIFF file? Has anyone else run into this nonsense, or am I alone? I feel like I am on a treadmill going nowhere!
