Their first album, Fallen, was just fantastic. Not one bad track, all solid gold.

Second Album had one of their best songs with Lithium, but other than that was pretty 'meh'.

And then their third album was.... not good. At all.

I started to get the feeling Evanescence only really had one good album in them, everything after it was just consantly downhill. I'm hoping the new album is good, but I'm not getting my hopes up.
