Most anime Soundtracks are ones you never think about, which I don't think is a bad thing. A good soundtrack isn't necessarily memorable, but one that captures the mood well.

If a soundtrack is being talked about, it's almost always because it was so bad you can't ignore it, or it's amazing. Everything else I think just kind of blends in with the overall atmosphere of the show, so doesn't come to mind as readily.
