I am not 100% sure, but from what I have seen so far it seems like I can only use the LUV command once every 24 hours.

Meaning I can give 1,2 or 3 LUV to a single user within a 24 hour period, but I cannot give 1 LUV each to 3 different users within a 24 hour period. Which makes the description misleading because when you say you can give up to 3 LUV people will assume you can give those to 3 different people...

So I think you should probably adjust the code or change your description...
