my real story
I bet that the scooter was left there on purpose for the purpose of this image. What happened was someone rode their scooter into the wet cement, then they got up and out and stepped away. They then looked at their mess and scooter and told themselves to grab it. But! Upon looking at the mess, they realized it’s a funny image because it told a story. They were going to grab the scooter, but if the scooter was removed, it wouldn’t be as clear what happened. So the picture was taken with the scooter still in it.
So who took the picture?
The same person who was on the scooter, (crowd gasps) as they wouldn’t just leave the scooter there, and would need to be close enough to the incident to be able to take this picture before the cement dries.
