Hi there. I cover this unusual rogue deck that did well at the latest Baltimore regional in the Pokemon TCG. This deck features Mega Greninja ex, Solrock, Lunatone and Bloodmoon Ursaluna.
Solrock + Lunatone Draw Engine
Solrock with Lunatone is a great attacker. As long as the two are in play, Solrock deals 70 damage from 1 Fighting Energy.
Lunatone with Solrock has a good draw ability. Discard 1 Basic Fighting Energy from your hand to draw 3 cards. This can only be used once during your turn.
Mega Greninja ex, Bloodmoon Ursaluna
Mega Greninja ex is an okay attacker but it is not popular yet. The ability can only be used once during your turn when this is in the Active Spot. You may discard 1 Water Energy to place 6 damage counters (60 damage) on 1 of your opponent's Pokemon. The Ninja Spinner attack for 2 Water Energy is okay. It does 120 base damage with the option to do 200 damage if you put 1 Water Energy from this Mega Greninja ex to your hand.

Other Cards
This decklist does have 2 Transformation Tomes, 1 Genesect with 2 Air Balloons, 3 Energy Retrievals, Fighting Gongs and Nighttime Mine.
The Genesect with Air Balloons is for preventing the opponent from playing ACE SPEC cards from the hand. It is a good combination that is not used much. Most decks don't have deckspace for this.
The 2 Transformation Tomes is interesting. You switch out 1 Basic Pokemon in play with one from the discard pile. Tomes allow the user to do some surprise plays or revive a Basic Pokemon from the discard pile.
Nighttime Mine is make things harder for the opponent's Tera Pokemon and Fighting Gongs are great for finding Basic Fighting Pokemon or Basic Fighting Energy.
Closing Notes
It looks like the Solrocks is for early game aggression against the opponent's 70HP Basic Pokemon. The 70 damage also sets up damage for the Bloodmoon Ursaluna or the Mega Greninja ex.
With 3 Water Energy, Mega Greninja ex looks like it is more for the ability and not so much for attacking. Placing damage counters does set up Bloodmoon Ursaluna to deal more damage (place 6 damage counters then 280 from Bloodmoon Ursaluna for 340 damage)
This deck does seem reliant on Mega Greninja ex and Bloodmoon Ursaluna. If both Greninjas or both Bloodmoon Ursaluna are prized, this deck would then rely on Solrock for knockouts.
I don't know if this deck can do well again at a larger tournament. Some matchups were lucky I think. There are a few other better rogue deck choices than this.
Thank you for reading.
