Korean Pokemon products exists. They may be hard to find as not every card store carries them.

I don't buy English sealed Pokemon TCG Products anymore, espcially booster boxes. Scalpers did ruin things since Surging Sparks. The only sealed products I get are Build & Battle Boxes when I go to prerelease tournaments.
