I don't actively trade but I do remember learning about the straddle when I was learning options trading strategies.

I think you are doing a straddle as you did mention you can make money if crypto goes up or down (a medium amount).

With percentage amounts I don't know, the worst case scenario is losing all the 10% with a certain probability. You could put less like 8 or 7%.
