Unfortunately there are teachers that do not belong in teaching. Teachers who do not have patience, teachers who degrade children.

This statement can be extended to those teachers and professors who lack patience nor expertise in teaching (older) students.

From my past experiences as a tutor, (university) teaching assistant and doing my current Mathnasium side hustle work I find that I do enjoy teaching and making positive differences in (willing) students. A big reason I am not pursuing a teaching career is dealing with unwilling students and the babysitting part. As educators we try our best to help as many students as possible. Even with infinite patience, if the student does not want to learn or do work, there is not much you can do unfortunately.

About your money part statement, there are limited ways to earn money compared to the nearly infinite ways you can lose/spend money in a flash as you say.
