According to Pokebeach, there is a new retail product to be released on October 23, 2026. It is called a Deck Crafter's Collection. This retail product includes a reprinted version of Meowth ex, 39 tournament ready Trainer cards, one Pitch Black booster pack, 9 dividers, one deck building guide and a code card for the online client Pokemon TCG Live.
In the previous years, there used to be a Trainer's Toolkit sealed product once per year. In a Toolkit, you would get a few reprinted playable cards, some useful Trainer cards and a few booster packs. Maybe these Toolkits are not very popular with the players and scalpers.
My theory is that the upcoming Deck Crafter's Collection is more catered to the players who don't need to get booster packs. Get what you need from the Trainer cards plus you get Meowth ex. Meowth ex is a staple card in almost every deck as you can fetch any Supporter Card when you play from hand to Bench. Watch out for Team Rocket's Watchtower though.

As this product contains mostly playable cards, I doubt that scalpers will buy this. Scalpers don't really play the game. They just buy low and sell high.
The retail price of this is 9.99 USD according to Pokebeach. It is likely this price will be higher once it comes out.
This type of product is good for the players. Most Trainer cards are not expensive but can be hard to find. Reprinted cards from these product increases the supply of cards which helps new players get into the game. It also helps players get certain cards that could be hard to find.
