The ruleset for this week's challenge
- Unprotected - All armor is removed from units and one cannot gain armor
The ruleset that I managed to get
- Rulesets - Unprotected & Silenced Summoners
- Mana Cap - 19
- Active Elements -
Here's my starting lineup
Summoner: Pyre
- With this weeks challenge the only summoners you don't want to pick are the ones who grant your monsters shield
- In my case as earth wasn't active I settled for fire because I knew I had a great low mana team with no armor monsters
1st Position: Cerberus
- Cerberus was my main tank for this battle
- Main reason I like Cerberus here a lot is hes Heal ability
- Heal - Restores a portion of the unit's health each round
2nd Position: Creeping Ooze
- Just a wonderful monster
- For 1 mana you get 2 hp and Slow
- Slow - Reduces the speed of all enemy units
3rd Position: Kobold Miner
- Super great and useful card in low mana cap battles like this one
- For 2 mana you get 2 damage (with Sneak), 2 speed and 3 hp
- Sneak - Targets the last unit on the enemy Team instead of the first unit
4th Position: Serpentine Spy
- Another low mana melee with Opportunity
- Picked him because of hes great stats + the low mana cost
- Opportunity - Units with the opportunity ability may attack from any position and will target the enemy unit with the lowest health
5th Position: Uraeus
- One of my favorite cards in game as of date
- Just a simple level 2 reward epic gives you 2 melee, 2 speed, 1 armor and 2 hp with Sneak for only 3 mana
- Sneak - Targets the last unit on the enemy Team instead of the first unit
6th Position: Goblin Shaman
- He was the last monster I picked and at that point I ran out of low mana cost melee monsters
- Main reason I picked him was hes Weaken ability
- Weaken - Reduces the health of all enemy units
- I was hoping that maybe this -1 hp would make a difference
Starting board
- The starting board didn't really say anything other than I had more monsters than him and also higher level monsters than him
- But the battle could go either way so let's see
Here's how the battle went
1st Round
- 1st Round went quite good for me
- But my enemy still had his Cursed Windeku with Thorns alive and most of my damage is melee
2nd Round
- After 2nd Round my board was starting to look quite sad but also was hes
- But I saw that the battle should be a victory for me
- My Serpentine Spy should died in the first turn then follows my 3 damage if I don't miss and the battle should be over
3rd Round
- The last round went exactly how I described it to go
- After hes Cursed Windeku had fallen I took the victory

Summary
- This battle was definitely closer than I would've wanted it to be but win is a win
