The ruleset for this week's challenge
- Broken Arrows - Units with ranged attacks cannot be used
The ruleset that I managed to get
- Rulesets - Are You Not Entertained? & Broken Arrows
- Mana Cap - 35
- Active Elements -
Here's my starting lineup
Summoner: Tarsa
- With this weeks challenge the specific summoner type doesn't really matter the only limiter is that you just can't play ranged units
- In my case as Fire was active I settled for Tarsa and was planing to play melee comp
1st Position: Grum Flameblade
- Grum Flameblade was my main tank for this battle
- Main reason I like Grum Flameblade here a lot is hes Bloodlust ability
- Also Grum Flameblade had some lovely counter magic abilities
- Bloodlust - Every time it defeats an opponent, it gets +1 to all stats
- Void Armor - Magic attacks hit this unit's armor before its health
- Void - Reduced damage from magic attacks
2nd Position: Radiated Brute
- Next up is Radiated Brute with his Reach ability
- For 5 mana you get 3 melee damage (with Reach), 3 speed and 6 hp
- Reach - Melee attack units with the Reach ability may attack from the second position on the team
3rd Position: Tenyii Striker
- My first Sneak monster is Tenyii Striker
- For 5 mana you get 3 damage (with Sneak), 3 speed and 6 hp
- Sneak - Targets the last unit on the enemy Team instead of the first unit
- Dodge - Has an increased chance of evading melee or ranged attacks
4th Position: Orella Abadon
- To use the Are You Not Entertained? effectively I played Orella Abadon
- Even tho you he isn't the strongest Gladius cards he is cheap at least
- Sneak - Targets the last unit on the enemy Team instead of the first unit
- Bloodlust - Every time it defeats an opponent, it gets +1 to all stats
5th Position: Uraeus
- Love this card so much because of how many stats you get for low mana
- For 3 mana you get 2 melee damage (with Sneak), 3 speed, 1 armor and 3 hp
- Sneak - Targets the last unit on the enemy Team instead of the first unit
6th Position: Djinn Apprentice
- And for last but not least is 1 magic attack monster
- Sadly I ran out of melee monster to play here so magic had to do the job
- But as far as a card goes Djinn Apprentice is actually quite decent
- Even thos he didn't have any abilities he had some quite great stats on him
Starting board
- The starting board was actually quite scary just because he had two melee monsters with Opportunity and also his team was so fast compared to mine
- That meant my low hp Sneak monsters were in serious danger
- But I felt like I still had a change and to find it out I needed to start the battle
Here's how the battle went
1st Round
- The 1st Round was a total disaster
- One of my Sneak monster already died and Uraeus was next to fall in the start of 2nd Round
- The situation wasn't looking good for me
2nd Round
- After 2nd Round everything was falling apart
- my backline was dying and I couldn't kill any of my enemies monsters because of the speed diff
- Saddly at this moment I felt like the battle was over and I did't have anything to do anymore
3rd Round
- In the 3rd Round I actually managed to do a little damage to my enemies team
- I finally took down his backline monster and decreased his monsters speed
- And also with the decreased speed I managed to almost take down his Djinn Oshannus
4th & 5th Round
- Next two rounds were total disaster again
- Everything was falling apart
6th Round
- His Bloodlust monster got another kill and was now at a crazy 5 damage
- Now I just needed to wait for my defeat
7th & 8th Round
- It took him 2 rounds to kill my last standing monster
- After my Grum Flameblade had fallen I took the L

Summary
- This battle was definitely heavily one sided but still fun to watch just because I felt like I had some great rounds in this battle
- I felt like the reason why I lost was just how the two teams were structural arranged differently
- I went with high damage low hp and he went with low damage high hp but he did had much more speed so he managed to take my monsters out before I even had the change to attack
