It's been a while... I hope everyone is well.
I've been busy playing with an AI program called GNT. It is one of the projects hosted by FSL. It's very interesting. If you are interested, search for Mooar.com from your PC and try it yourself. Access is limited for mobile devices.
Anyways, I finally manage to finish the pet portrait that I was working on all this time.
This is Ellie. She is one of my friend's sister's dogs.
She is so cute!
I started by drawing a grid on the reference photo and on the canvas as usual.
I might sift slightly towards illustration style versus hyperrealistic. I love drawing realistically, but it could open more possibilities with a realistic illustration style.
お久しぶりです。２０日もブログを放置してしまいました。反省です。
何故かと言いますと…先日FSLからローンチされたGNTというAI生成プログラムで遊んでいるからです。FSLと言えばSTEPNなのですが、STEPNで稼ぐことが出来るガバナンストークン、GMTトークンを使ってAIアートを生成＆NFTアートとしてミントし販売出来るというなんとも楽しいプログラムなんです。
STEPNで歩く→AI生成NFT販売→STEPNに再投資…の謎の沼にハマっているような…笑
興味のある方はぜひMooar.comで検索すると見つかると思うので試してみてください。モバイルからのアクセスが制限されているのでPCからがおすすめです。無料でも楽しめると思います。
さてさて、最後にブログを書いてから描き始めたペットイラストがやっと仕上がりました。
こちらはエリーちゃんです。エリーちゃんはお友達のお姉さんのわんちゃんです。可愛いですね〜
いつものようにグリッドを描いてから始めました。
今回描いていて、リアルで描くのもいいのですが、少しイラストっぽく描くのもいいかなと思い始めました。

こちらの写真、あまり違いが分からないと思いますが、かなり加筆しています。
I was planning to paint as the reference photo, but I changed my mind.
I used the brush tool that creates a bunch of leaves with one stroke and decorated the portrait and added the name.
写真通りに描く予定でしたが途中で考えが変わりました。ブラシツールに葉っぱをガシガシ描けるブラシがありまして…それを使ってイラストの周りを飾り、名前を入れました。
