The days get hectic so easily and I would be forgetting to take a break without my little healer, Pepper.
She seems to know when I'm coming home and is usually waiting at the door when I open it. According to my family, she runs to the door a few seconds before I arrive. What a sweetie. My tension gets released just looking at her little face.
The other day, my eldest daughter, who is planning to adopt a kitty, wanted to practice trimming cat nails, so we asked Pepper for help. Pepper's nails click on the floor if I don't trim them regularly. Since it was about time to trim them, I let my eldest daughter do it.
My eldest daughter works as a tattoo artist and also as a receptionist at a dog grooming salon.
She recently started living by herself again...well, we live in the same apartment complex, she comes back for dinner and also to play games ๐
Now that her income has stabilized, she is thinking about adopting a kitty.
So, here is our little helper, Pepper, to teach my daughter how the nail trimming should be done ๐
My youngest daughter wanted to try it a while ago, but she took too long, and Pepper got impatient. Despite having a calm personality, Pepper doesn't like being held for too long, so my youngest got quite a bit of hissing for disapproval.

She was growling so loudly but my daughter wasnโt backing down ๐ It was so funny to watch Pepper trying to tolerate it.
It seems she managed to get all of Pepper's nails clipped. Pepper avoided my eldest daughter for the rest of the day ๐
Well, that's about it for today... My eldest daughter has been visiting cat cafes to meet cats for adoption and checking shelter websites daily. I think she finally found one and itโs at a shelter near my workplace.
I hope my daughter finds a little healer/helper like Pepper.
