Hello everyone,
We had a heavy snowfall warning last night throughout today. My boss cancelled work for today expecting the bad traffic, the ferry cancelling the sailing and the power outage due to snow(tree falling). The school was already closed for most of the students except for the students with essential worker parents due to Omicron, but they announced a snow day today.
Anyways, I was thinking of drawing a bird, so I searched for a winter bird...because we had some snowfall... for my reference. I found a cute little bird that belongs to the website called Plant Perfect. The website talks about some tips to help the birds during the winter, so I recommend visiting them.
Here is the process.
皆さん、こんにちは。
昨夜から今朝にかけて大雪注意報が出ていたので今日は仕事がキャンセルになりました。
バスは遅れるだろうし、フェリーは多分キャンセルになる、そして多分また停電だろうな（木が倒れて）。。。ということでボスは全くやる気のない様子でした、笑 いやいや少し前に停電で大騒ぎしてですね、、、その日は朝から停電で、なんとか仕事が出来るようにとジェネレーターを引っ張り出してきて、延長コードで色々繋いで、水源が井戸水なので（田舎です）パンプハウスは電気がないと動かない！＝水出ない。。。のでどうにかそれも繋いで、冬なのに汗だくになって、繋げたぞぉ〜仕事できるよぉ〜トイレもオッケ〜と喜んでいたら電気戻ったんです、笑
ボスの心が砕ける音が聞こえましたよ。
まあ、とう言うことで仕事が休みになったんです。
子供たちの学校は既にオミクロンの影響で冬休みが延長されていますが、学校は開いていてエッセンシャルワーカーの家庭の生徒だけは受け入れていましたが、今日は休校となりました。
さてさて、鳥を描きたいなと思っていた矢先の大雪だったので冬の鳥を描くことにしました。
すんません、前置きが長かったですね、笑
参考にした鳥くんはPlant Perfectさんからお借りしました。鳥たちが冬を越せるように私たちが出来ることなど、ヒントになるお話が書かれているので興味のある方はぜひ。
以下、過程です。
I enjoyed painting the bird. I remember I used to draw my Parakeet a lot as a child. I should do this again.
I added a simple background and some snow, and the winter bird is completed. Hope you like it.
描いていて、そういえば子供の頃、飼っていたインコの絵をよく描いていたことを思い出しました。鳥が大好きだったんですよね。また描きたいと思います。
背景を入れて、ちょっとだけ雪を降らせて出来上がりです。
楽しいお絵描きでした。
