This is the Prambanan temple in Jogjakarta. Its a Hindu temple from 9th century. We arrived at around 12 noon. The sunniest and hottest time of the day. Many people offered umbrella for rent
It is around 10km away from our hotel
It consists of many temples and each has different names
People can go inside to have a look
Some temple ruins caused by earthquake, some have been restored and hopefully all will be restored in the near future
It's always nice to visit historical place from thousands of years ago. There is another famous temple that we visited not far from Prambanan which is a Buddhist temple also from the 9th century.
