No matter how tired I am, I like to go out and I can go to the beach, the river, the movies, eat ceviche, have a cocktail and that makes me feel good. Having a day that allows me to break the routine leaves me energized. But also when I'm having a bad day at work and I can't break the routine, I like to talk to my girlfriend and create a plan to have a nice night for both of us, for example having a date at home, we buy our favorite food, we choose a movie, we drink a good wine, we share together. Since she always talks a lot and has a different energy than me, it makes me feel good.
