I feel like there are a good few decentralized platforms out there that really are doing something to give value to their coin, not all coins are made to do the same thing but from a collection and management standard, steem really sets the bar higher the concensus protocols that allow steem to function are brilliant and as we adopt new applications around steem we will see tremendous growth and adoption.
Steem is just a tool and if used correctly that tool will facilitate tremendous growth and be connected to an enourmous amount of information and work.
The stakeholders and the witnesses work to keep the system alive and growing through a tremendously volatile market all while keeping their word to function as more witnesses begin to help maintain this beautiful landscape.
I dont see this anywhere else, i dont know of anywhere else on the internet where I feel so much potential building up and I’m so down to watch steemit take the world stage as an alternative platform for people who want to escape censorship and the new rules and regulations that are trying to limit our ability to get our intellectual resources a spotlight.
Im not saying its perfect im saying that over time as it grows it may become the most important social media site of the new web in the fight for free speech and net neutrality.
Transparency has its benefits, let them see we dont care about their corporate rules, web3 and steem are not limited to a single nation we are international, we are united and we should not be censored anywhere.
