Hello Steemit!!! Introducing Divine!!

A warm hello to the awesome Steemit community. My name is Divine and I'm just 2 days old on Steemit.

Well, lets get to it then.

I am a very active, multi-purpose person; engage in a lot of activities either based on my talents, passions and my interests. I'm a firm believer in people and their capacity for exceeding greatness. I'm egalitarian, and I believe dogs have souls.

I'm a writer and a poet. Writing for me is one of my primary passions (the other being music). I began writing because I was in love with mother's folktales and because I saw worlds clearly; worlds i needed to communicate to others. I write basically everything; I have a novella, short stories, a play and lots of poems.

My best friend @pope1995 introduced me to Steemit, talked about how it is such a great community of people from whom one almost always certainly receives quality, and to whom one must always give same.

I'm also a singer and a songwriter. I go by the stage name IcyDEE and I play the guitar too (her name's Majesty)..

I fell in love with music as my older brother let soft, heavenly blues drop from his speaker every night. I started out rapping, still do, but now I do a lot more soul. Eminem is my all time favourite rap artist, though the love of my musical soul is Ed Sheeran and my favourite song is "Am I Wrong" by Nico and Vinz. I love classical music; spend hours listening to Bach and Beethoven and Mozart and Yanni daily. I also admire art, being a sketch artist myself.

So,,, with all these artist qualities, you would think me a student of Arts or Music, or something Arts-related right? Well, sorry to burst your bubbles. I'm a deep lover of science; it's like all the world's magic in a vast sea of disciplines. I am a student of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences (God, I just love water), and I'm very keen and enthusiastic about nature. I love observing the stars, watching and listening to the rain, whistling with the still night breeze, watching birds dance; basically, I'm a sucker for nature's beauty. Then I fell in love with wolves.. So deeply, I feel I have a kindred spirit with them..(Why do you think Wolfgang is my pen name?)

So, that's not nearly it, but it'll have to do for now. So nice to be here; its like being in this great intellectual field with waves and waves of challenges meant to make you stronger!

Really nice of you all to drop by and walk with my story thus far. I intend to make Steemit an experience of a lifetime; I have a lot to say, to learn and to offer. And Steemit is really one of the best ways to do all three at the same time..
