This resonates i had to share. 馃憞
In every profession or business, only 3% of the people makes it to the top and the others are only struggling to survive.
If you think I鈥檓 wrong, let me ask you this question. How many people do you know that plays football in your state as you were growing up, how many of them made it to super eagles (National team) or how many made it to play in Europe like Mikel Obi and Okocha?
How many photographers do we have in Nigeria but how many of them made it to the top snapping only the celebrities and wealthy like Kelechi amadiobi and TY Bello?
How many aboki started selling salt and sugar but how many made it to become a billionaire and own sugar refinery like Dangote and Ibeto?
How many of our Ibo brothers started selling spare part in Aba, nnewi and Alaba, LAGOS? But how many of them become a Car manufacturer like Innoson?
I can continue on and on but the point I鈥檓 making here on this post is that it takes grace, special skills, commitment, perseverance and personal development to make it to the top in any profession or business and network marketing is not different.
You too can win in 2018, you can become part of the top 3% that are successful in your company, profession or business or 1% that are wealthy in the society, but to become successful in Network marketing profession we must be willing to own the business both in Success and in failure.
We must take personal responsibility for development of Leadership, Recruitment and Sales skills. Blaming it on others like your sponsor, uplines, company or government will not yield a positive result.
