Distributed fund is affiliated with software development company SecretLab LLC and shares all the needed resources. Companies have the same management teams. SecretLab works with high load web services, mobile apps, and complex infrastructure systems since 2011. The team consists of 12 IT professionals. The main development focus is media services, banking applications, logistics and business automation. At the moment SecretLab is involved in the development of modular cryptocurrency wallet and secure hardware crypto storage. So we fully staffed to maintain EOS Block Producer.

There is a big uncertainty about the allocation of expenditures. It will depend on the inflation rate, real transaction volume and growth rate of transactions. Our plan is to do regular monthly report describing all expenditures for the previous month.

Distributed Fund - EOS BP as a Block Producer will always abid all aspects of the EOS constitution including never paying voters for support. We promise to be honest and transparent with EOS community.
