Hello , Hi , Namastey to all hive users reaching this post , hope doing great . So today I wanted to do something different , means these days I am frequently posting all about my drawings and paintings only . Thats why decided to make something , can say its an craft.
So here , I made a bookmark .
Here are the steps I followed while making this -
Took thin cardboard from a old notebook and cutted it in rectangle shape by taking measurements 14.2*5.5 .
Then covered it with white paper.
So that the paper on the cardboard would remain plain I placed it in between a heavy book for 5 minutes.
Then started making the pattern in it using pencil.
After this I started making colour patterns in it.
When the colour dried properly , I started tracing the pattern using black colour which I made earlier.
There was just basic drawing in it .
Now this part was completed, it was time for the string of the book mark . Which is the main element of a book mark as per me 馃槃.
I used a purple fine thread for this .
Then start making a loop using your 3 fingers.
Then ty a little upper portion of it using a Little piece of thread and cut the lower portion using scissors. You can use thin comb to straight the bunch of thread.
Then take a little more thread for tying it with the rectangular structure we made.
After tying it with a lot of struggle ,I wished I had added a crystal in it But I couldn't do it because for it I had to open it again which is not possible for a lazy person like me , so I pasted a small diamond shaped mirror in it .
So here it was completed 馃榾.
