That is indeed a beautiful view and it seems that the living spaces took great advantage of it.

"Since architectural schooling, we were taught to add the doors at height of 2100 mm which I did in drawings of this project as well but what turned out that my seniors told that these days the height of doors is increased and we have to follow the trend."

It is true that we were taught 2100mm as a standard door height but increasing them is not just a trend. The height of the door should depend on your ceiling height and accordingly, the width of the doors should follow in proportionate to your selected door height. In this case, you made the right assessment to use the right height of doors.
