Hello @dswigle, my deepest apologies for my incredibly late reply. I have been AWOL from Hive for more than a week due to an avalanche of deadlines. I really need to manage my time better.

I am just catching up on posts and comments now and can't believe it's another round of #MarketFriday. Oops, I missed tagging it in the post. Will keep that in mind for next time.

What happened to the time? 😯 It feels like 2022 is in fast-forward mode. Being back into the old self again feels great! Sometimes the energy to do things where it comes from surprises me.

There's a certain charm in an eclectic home. Fine quality furniture matched with lovely curated antiques makes spaces warm and unique. Have a lovely weekend ahead!
