Super late this time around, but I am going to blame summer and the need to get out of the house. Either way, this update is going to show the earliest indications that we are going to be fixing our rampant spam, content-quality, and bot abuse problem once and for all.

Updated stats on Bans and Blacklist -
Member count data over time:
This shows the trend of members gained over time. I use the number of users counted after each purge each week.
Blacklist Counts by Type:
This gives a breakdown of the major categories we list an account under in our Blacklist.
Everything seems to have slowed down, except for our enforcement and methods. Preparation for a major change to enforcement has caused more accounts to be looked at, resulting in a big increase in the new bans/mutes this time. This upcoming change might mean we have to re-evaluate the frequency of reports at that point.
