I have a quick question for the Poloniex users out here .
I am having issues with depositing ETC. I have deposit 20 coins 2 weeks ago. I can see the 20 coin has reached the address on the block chain but, Poloniex hasn't updated my balance under my account. is anyone else experiencing something similar to this or knows something?
I have contacted support but no luck with a response yet. Pretty sure they have bigger fish to take care of.
