It is an okra flower located on an okra tree. The word okra is an English word. This plant is called in different languages in different countries. Similarly, in West Bengal of India, it is called Dhendash or Wendy in Bengali. The fruits of this plant are elongated and evergreen.
These fruits have a liquid liquid inside them which comes out after cooking. This okra is used as a raw vegetable. Cooking any fish curry with these okra is very fun to eat and incomparable in taste. This okra vegetable is the best to eat mashed, fried.
And it is more fun to eat because the curry has this aqueduct feeling. This okra is an annual plant. Its leaves are long, green, and look like a stalk. These oak trees can withstand much higher temperatures and they can survive in hard soils. In order to cultivate this okra plant, its seeds have to be soaked in water in a container for about 1-2 days and germination takes place in these seeds in about 2-3 weeks.
These germinated seeds are then sown in the cultivated soil in a circle and must be sown at a certain distance from one another. Seedlings of these plants require much more water. Then within a few weeks the seedlings grow and bear fruit. The flowers range in color from white to yellow and have a beautiful brown color inside.
The flowers are very beautiful to look at and have 5 petals. Then within about 1 week of pollination the fruits have to be picked, otherwise the fruits become fibrous which is not good to eat then, the taste is not found in the curry.
These oak trees are not much taller. But there are also some species which, if left for a long time, become headless and when the fruits ripen, seeds are collected from them and left. The result can be later cultivated with these seeds. The fruits of this okra plant prevent many diseases in the body. It contains a lot of vitamins and it increases the amount of blood in the body.
