不知道大家住的地方天氣如何啊？我所在的華南地區，最近是大雨下不停，好處是天氣不那麼炎熱了，壞處是外出做事或遊玩都不方便，真是有一好、沒兩好，不過，天氣涼爽一點，倒是不錯，當外頭下間歇性大雨時，只要不在外面，就沒有影響，只是一定要外出時，就覺得很煩。
不過，大雨總是會過去的，而夏季炙熱的陽光、高溫悶熱的空氣，是躲不掉的，人們想尋找各種消暑的方法，不知道何時，夏天和啤酒關聯起來了，可能是電視的廣告或是茶餘飯後的閒聊中，我的腦海中總是浮現著這麼一幅畫面，當結束一天的工作後，打開一罐從冰箱中拿出的啤酒，聽見清脆的開罐聲，看著杯中冒出的細緻氣泡，再喝下一口冰涼的啤酒，真爽啊！
所以當我在賣場採買生活用品時，順手買幾罐啤酒也就不足為奇了，賣場是各式酒品都在大促銷，而啤酒更是重中之重，除了台式啤酒之外，日式調酒很多人都喜愛那甜甜酸酸的口感，我聽朋友說，德國啤酒蠻清爽易飲，只要喝過之後，就回不去了，只是進口的德國啤酒，價錢偏高，金色三麥（SUNMAI）是一家中高價位異國風味餐廳，金色三麥的經典大拼盤內含酥炸椒麻雞、德式豬腳、黑胡椒香腸、煙燻香腸、青花椒香腸、美式薯條等，一次品嚐多種特色，它常是多人聚會的熱門場地，而金色三麥的啤酒也是精釀啤酒代表品牌之一。
最後，我當然還是忍不住買了幾罐啤酒回家。畢竟，隨著夏天逐漸到來，天氣只會一天比一天更加悶熱，下班之後，來罐冰涼的啤酒，總是不會錯的，當然，我並不是追求酒精帶來的醉意，而是喜歡那種微醺放鬆的氛圍。
I wonder what the weather is like where everyone lives. Here in South China, it’s been raining nonstop lately. The good thing is that it’s not nearly as hot as usual, but the downside is that it makes going out for errands or leisure activities really inconvenient. It’s one of those situations where every benefit comes with a drawback. Still, I do enjoy the cooler weather. When the rain comes and goes in intervals, it doesn’t really bother me as long as I’m indoors. The annoying part is when I absolutely have to go outside.
Of course, the rainy season will eventually pass, but there’s no escaping the blazing summer sun and the hot, humid air. People are always looking for ways to cool down, and somehow beer has become closely associated with summer. Maybe it’s because of TV commercials or casual conversations over meals, but I always picture the same scene in my mind: after a long day at work, opening a can of beer fresh from the fridge, hearing that crisp crack as the tab pops open, watching the fine bubbles rise in the glass, and then taking a refreshing sip of ice-cold beer. It just feels amazing.
That’s why whenever I’m shopping for daily necessities at a supermarket, it’s no surprise if I throw a few cans of beer into my cart. The stores are running promotions on all kinds of alcoholic drinks, and beer is usually the star of the show. Besides local Taiwanese beers, many people enjoy Japanese canned cocktails for their sweet and slightly tangy flavors. A friend once told me that German beer is incredibly crisp and easy to drink, and once you’ve tried it, there’s no going back. The only downside is that imported German beer tends to be expensive. SUNMAI is a mid-to-high-end restaurant chain known for its international-style cuisine. Their famous sharing platter includes crispy pepper chicken, German pork knuckle, black pepper sausage, smoked sausage, green peppercorn sausage, and French fries, allowing diners to sample a variety of flavors at once. In the end, I couldn’t resist buying a few cans of beer to take home. After all, as summer approaches, the weather is only going to get hotter and more humid. Having an ice-cold beer after work is always a good choice. Of course, I’m not chasing the feeling of getting drunk, but I simply enjoy that relaxed, slightly tipsy atmosphere that helps me unwind.
