46 year old male, K/C/O HTN- on Tab Telma 40 mg, C. Evion 400 mg, Post covid- 1 year back.
vitals are stable
Cheif complaints :-
cough since 3 weeks
Chestpain radiating to shoulder since 1 hour
Pain Managed symptomatically
Blood investgation done
ECHO done
Plan for CT and endoscopy .
Routinely ECHO done and ecg done
Had H/O syncope like episode today morning
