The Experience: Chasing Sunrise at a Hidden Viewpoint
One of my most memorable mornings happened in South India, in a quiet high-range village nestled among the hills.
I woke up at 4:00 AM, still half-asleep, and climbed into a real jeep for an off-road adventure. The road was rough, steep, and adventurous — bouncing through the darkness with only the headlights cutting through the mist.
After a thrilling ride, we reached the peak just before sunrise.
Standing there in the cold morning air, watching the sky slowly turn from deep blue to golden orange, I felt completely alive. The entire valley opened up in front of me like a painting. It was peaceful, powerful, and deeply humbling.
